Just sit quietly and breathe!


The breath is very important.

Inhale through the nose filling the abdomen then the lungs,

hold for a few seconds before exhaling slowly through the mouth.

Then repeat.



The breathing technique can also be used during the day

if you find yourself feeling any negative emotions or stress.

It only takes a few minutes.
